CEO
Amerigo Sivelli was born in Italy, from a family with strong environmental commitment. He studied at the Waldorf School of Bologna (Italy), received a professional training in Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture at the Emerson College (UK) and graduated with top marks in Eastern Studies at “La Sapienza” University of Rome.
In 2011, he received a scholarship from the China Scholarship Council to engage in research about Conservation Agriculture at the China Agricultural University. He founded Depu in 2013 and leads the company as CEO.
Since 2013, he is Deputy Director of the International Exchange Centre of the China Organic and Ecological Industry Alliance, a Member of Council of Demeter China and Vice-Secretary of the Chinahouse New Urbanization and Development Center.

Francisco graduated in 2000 in architectural engineering. He worked at the Zhejiang Yuanjing Architectural Design Institute and the Design Institute of Landscape & Architecture of the China Academy of Art.
As co-founder of Depu, since 2015 he actively promotes organic architecture, therapeutic gardens and installations for the development of the sense in schools, kindergartens and health centres.

Mario graduated in 1980 with top marks in architecture from the University of Florence, majoring architectural history and rural landscape of the 18th century in Bologna.
Mario is passionate about promoting health through organic architecture design as the intersection between human life, behaviour, psychology and the space created by buildings.
He is responsible for a wide range of architectural research and design projects in day-care centres, primary schools (including Waldorf schools), fitness centres, tourist attractions, research facilities, bus and train stations, the main hospital of Bologna, Bologna City Museum, industrial buildings, leisure buildings, commercial buildings, residential buildings, to name a few.
Designer
Paolo has been involved in the biodynamic movement for more than 30 years. He teaches sustainable farming methods to farmers, gardeners and amateurs, supporting the idea that human health is based on soil health.
He has been the Managing Director of the farm “Terraviva” from 1986 to 1994 and a plant and seed propagation researcher at Italian Biodynamic Association from 1990 to 1994. From 1994 to 1996, Paolo managed “Verde Eterico”, a company specializing in biodynamic design and management of green areas as well as farm organism recover strategy. Since 1988, he holds lectures in organic and biodynamic agriculture for several institutions, associations and universities. He is author of several books on biodynamic agriculture.
Designer
Elena is a biodynamic farm designer and biodynamic agriculture trainer. She graduated from the University of Venice on urban agriculture.
Other professional trainings she attended include the courses “Garden Everyday” (University of Kassel, 2008), sustainable architecture training of the Italian Sustainable Architecture Institute (2011-12) and the Organic Architecture Training in Arslineandi (2011-12).
Elena’s work focuses on the educational value of biodynamic agriculture in schools and urban environments.
